Just a total rip off service now days. They have the worst customer service and very misleading. Claim to be the cheapest and yet for a one year ***** they charge $19 and the same thing every year with ***** is $11. They claim a price match however delay such requests until you are forced to pay the rip off prices. They couldn't care a less about their customers if they have many customers left as it will not take long for people to work out all Crazy Domains are now are greedy people. Find another provider and save yourself a heap of money, time & stress from dealing with these jokers, yes the name Crazy gives it away. Long Time Customer of 8 years, not any more!!!!

Had been with these guys 6 months. Site went down due to a php script error (friday). They were unable to do anything about the fault until monday because they have no staff with Admin access available on weekends(!!!!!) 24/7 technical support is just an outright lie. They dont respond to emails, and their weekend tech support staff (offshore call center) have no idea what they are doing. I was on the phone to them 4 times over 2 days trying to get an explanation as to why the site was down. No one at their end could provide ANY detail about the fault, and they were unable to fix it.
