The information here is so vague, the links associated with most of the materials that I am dealing with currently mostly don't work as they should (they take me away from the page only to give me an error). Customer service is non-existent (No contact information). I had a faulty ad according to Facebook and they recommended that I take this course. Facebook can't give specifics about the problem, only generalities. Reading through the material while can be beneficial, it does not address the current issue that I am having with Facebook. I have been developing instructional material for the past 30 years and all I can say is the the information provided is "general" in nature. With that said Facebook targets people about specifics but only gives general answers. As such anyone attempting to advertise on Facebook needs to walk a very very very very thin line otherwise your account will be disabled permanently because Facebook "training" is inadequate. Continued going through the training and they give me a link for additional information. The hyperlink works great however the section that Facebook refers to (listed next to the link) doesn't exist (it's not in the main bullets in the left navigation pane nor does the use of Ctrl+F looking for key word find anything).
