had bad experience with this company. Ordered a power cord for a Garmin Nuvi 465T, they sent me a power cord for something else, when I used the power cord with my GPS it powered up like it was plugged into my computer and wouldn't power up normal, so I sent it back they again sent me a WRONG ITEM, and not only that it was falling apart, and it said on it that it was a power cord for a T-mobile item, and when you return it they charge you 20% of the cost of the item. So in return you don"t get all your money back, and both times the item was shipped in a white mailer bag and no receipt inside.

Worst customer service ever My order was incomplete tried for almost a month to get them to complete it (products were unusable without the power supplies) Had to pay shipping to send it back and they still had the nerve to charge me the original shipping + 15% restocking fees Called the customer support if you can call it that they told me there was nothing they could do had to put in a fraud complaint with my Master Card to get the charges reversed
