We maintain a very strict AUP and TOS especially when it comes to customers sending spam e-mail. As all of our services are un-managed and as such the customer would have been responsible for securing the server and dealing with abuse issues as they arise. When customers do not follow our AUP and TOS they are removed from our network. I'm not sure what you're referring to when you say we have security problems. We are an ISP so maybe you're actually talking about a customer on our network?

We have thoroughly checked this customer and have continued to provide them services because they also have strict terms of service and have been very responsive when these issues arise. If we had any reason to believe they they were knowingly or willingly providing services to scammers we would terminate them.

We do not tolerate spammers and will cancel the customer if we receive complaints. We maintain a strict AUP and TOS but due to our low prices we are a target for people who want to abuse our services. I recommend sending any complaints you have to security@joesatacenter.com, we have a dedicated team of staff that will deal with these complaints and terminate the services of any abuser.

If a customer was terminated they would have been notified multiple times. The only reasons we terminate customers are violations of our AUP, TOS, or non payment. We have been in business for over 8 years and host thousands of customers. We do not provide web hosting and as such cannot link izfree.com to a specific customer. It is possible this was the customer of a customer, we are a data center and most of our customers are web hosts.
