Excellent site. I have been a client in Switzerland since 1997. My order failed to reach me on only 3 occasions out of several hundred orders due to loss in mail. Amazon promptly replaced my order at no cost each time. Another advantage: the credit card number is encripted at their site, so you do not have to send it each time and risk having it hacked - but do choose a good password !

great service, ordered a kindle and it got lost during delivery. called service department and explained and after a bit of being transferred around they agreed to resend. got my kindle all well and good (now i want a fire :)

Overall decent shopping site containing good and bad aspects. Contains goods handled by amazon and 3rd party sellers.
Its useful to be able to see and leave feedback to sellers, and would be great if feedback could be left for amazon as well as its 3rd party sellers.
The service is very good, with generally a fast delivery and moderately good packaging. I'd rate the overall service about 85%, maybe higher (including the 3rd party sellers).

It is worth 3x the £39 I paid for it through Amazon, I advise anyone who wants to protect all your Gear to buy this one.

The supplier of this product was honest in informing me of batch problems with this Product. They offered an alternative arrangement or a full refund ,therefor I find their service to be rated GOOD but the Navman Mio 575 Sat Nav. sadly floored. This is a shame as my previous 2 Navman Systems were both brilliant for their time though now passed updating .
