The best that I can give any plastic surgery site is yellow. I support it in situations such as when people suffer from mutilation or extreme medical conditions. However, the idea that common people are going to look better with foreign objects under the breasts, goldfish lips and windtunnel face is IMO just plain mutilation and apparently many doctors will do anything for the money. Yes, people should strive to be at their best and IMO this isn't how to get that.
