The gym is real, but the customer service is rubbish at best. They promise to charge a certain amount when filling the forms, then they keep all the paperwork, which they claim "has been submitted" to some head office, and the customer will supposedly receive a copy. A few weeks later, when they start leeching out extra money from customers banks, they say there was more to the contract than even the small print. To put it in plain words, they are thieves.

I keep getting texts from them even though I have never given the number to others as it is an emergency phone backup. The only option is to text stop to a special code which I don't know how much it will cost, there is also a Southampton phone number.
