+i am not sure what this WOT is,but if it has do with the company i have chosen to do my software,   i am considering leaving the company is disorganized and the staff r not working as group when it comes to my laptop, they promised for a fee of $200 and $19.99 a month i would get what they consider redcarpet treatment !!!   instead i have been yelled at for not wanting to buy additional services and the tech hung up on me,another tech spoke to me as if i was a 4yr old and also was short tempered.   i met one supervisor who tried to smooth things over and was polite and charming and like a blink of an eye she too became agressive, when her techs did something to my computer in regards to warranty . she made verbale acusations that were insulting and in a dgrading tone , i am a 52 yr old man new to computers and thats why i hired a firm to protect myself and my computer from viruses and all the things i may not be aware of for its protection,also to assist me in developing my skill set on some of the more intrecate of the computer technology.   i picked this firm because it was american based and easy to understand tech when talking to them, but i find them young and disunited and lacking the first  rule of buisness they are a service company wether it be an individual or a company and should be honest and polite
