I have serious issues with their Customer service. They don't even bother to close the Issue Tickets booked and inform you about it. The issue gets resolved after you get tired of calling and them and let it go.

ICICI Bank spams my mail box with marketing material. They don't have no option on the website to choose not receive marketing material. Their online statements contain Marketing material.
