mozfigure.com é seguro?

I had almost the same issue as the other user. I paid for the figure only to be ignored after 180 days passed. Then I was told the shipping is over half of what the figure is worth. I considered it but paid it, knowing it is from overseas. I was ignored again then, no figure, no nothing. In May they finally stopped ignoring me, only to tell me they miscalculated shipping and I have to pay it all over again. I politely told them that I am stepping back from this contract, for they have obviously broken it (leaving me waiting, ignoring me, changing shipping fees however they want). Since then I have been ignored - no chance to have my money back either. Do NOT trust MOZfigure.com. It is a scam!

I preordered a figure from them 6 months ago, paid for the figure & shipping through PayPal. They stalled until just about the day PayPal couldn’t give refunds (180 days) and then told me the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t give it to me since it had been over 180 days (even though there were about 10 days left for the refund). I’ve sent them messages through their Facebook page & emailed them, but they’ve stopped responding to my messages completely. I’m still trying to work with PayPal to force them to give me my money back. What a nightmare..
