The site only wants you to give your email address and sell you a package, when you come to download drivers. In the end, all it does is giving you the link to the official page, or the google search.

This site mislead me to join and then sent spam and offers but did not fulfill it's promise of providing a driver. Took me to page after page of sales designed to mislead you into buying something. Very very irritating

why do these all other reviewers have ONLY one comment here? margconnelly - I believe this website is selling ink cartridges. So what were you expecting? JohnPR60 - When I try to leave the website, it asks me to chat or not to chat. You can simple click not to chat. skiva2u - it support to give us driver files? You meant to say it's suppose to give driver files. I'm not really sure how that works but I found a press release saying that 1 millionth download of printer from this company. So it'd say that it should be giving the driver.

A popup occurs as you try to leave the web site that tries to keep you there to text with a service rep about printer ink. I consider this harassment.

This site gave me no information, and only wanted to capture my email and sell me ink. Useless!

I call this a SPAM. It asked people to enter their email address, then a confirmation. But what we get after it is a junk mail with search links to the driver that we are looking for. It support to give us driver files, not search links??? Later, we'll get endless & useless newsletter of it. It's a waste of time using this website. Nothing but a poor cheater!
