I refinanced with quicken loans in August 2010. Everything promised was delivered. Fees and costs were exactly as outlined. I have nothing but good to say about QL. (They even trumped Amerisave to win my business.)

They ask for an up front $500 fee to process your loan application. They are NOT a part of Intuit. They license the "Quicken" name from Intuit. They also spam you for insurance sales.
