This site is the home for a shareware Windows Registry cleanup tool. As shareware, you can use it free, but for advanced features and speed of use, you have to buy a license. That funds product development, similar to commercial software. It's unsuitable for children because anyone without adequate knowledge can easily "fix" registry errors that will effectively cripple the Operating System. It's a tool for knowledgeable people. If a child is brilliant and a serious computer "geek" then that child should know what they're doing with this tool.

Auf der Seite wird behauptet, als registrierter User von Registry First Aid 7 könne man hier ein kostenloses Upgrade auf Version 8 durchführen.
Als User der Version 7 wollte ich das Angebot nutzen und habe meinen Namen und meine E-Mailadresse angegeben. Ich wurde auf eine andere Seite umgeleitet und dort war von Registry Firs Aid 8 weit und breit nichts zu sehen.
Dieses Upgrade-Angebot ist nur ein fauler Witz.
Nachtrag: Ich habe jetzt doch noch eine legale und funktionierende Seriennummer für Registry First Aid 8.2 erhalten und zwar hier: *****
Das Programm läuft problemlos.
Ich gebe extra nicht den kompletten Link an. Wer eine Seriennummer haben will, soll seinen eigenen Kopf anstrengen.

Spyware Medic has been discontinued & removed from Rose City Software a long time ago.

Offers both paid and free products without nags. Doesn't make security softwares are some of the commits claim. Doesn't make rogue products but does have some off site links to some rogueware but so does Google.
