Because the Micheal Jackson Aniversary thing with Chris Brown was taken off because of illegal content by somebody,and was Very close to being banned forever.

I wish I could add more, but Youtube has some softcore-ish pornography on it. Even though the Mods are diligent some still slip through. Also Language is not very moderated either foul language is prevalent. The only way for Youtube is to be Child Safe would be a constant Parental presence.

YouTube is great for entertainment, information (if you know where to look), and to express yourself. Just be warned that if your views don't match up with their, you may be censored.
