Amazing website, amazing products.
Also, people shouldn't write negative things about the apple products before even trying them. Most of the people writing negative things under the category "Bad customer experience", base their opinion on the specifications the computers have compared to the price. Let me make this clear. People don't by macs because of the specs, people buy macs because of the software. Mac os x is one of the most durable, reliable operating systems out there. You kids shouldn't judge something you haven't even tried. So, to finish this off, to all of you writing negative things in the "bad customer experience" section, who haven't even bought one of their products: GO FUCK YOURSELVES. :)
Also, they have a forum dedication to finding solutions to YOUR problems with their products. And due to the high amount of people owning their products, and the low amount of products available, there's ALWAYS a solution to your problem. :)
using apple's website is sometimes much easier than going to the actual store and speaking to someone in person. the store is always overcrowded and you have to make an appointment to even talk to someone who works there. on their website you can use the support area to get help with any product you own. they also have software updates and other quick downloads you can install to improve your operating systems.
Still make you pay too much for a computer or mp3 player. Sure, they're good products, but why charge $300 for one iTouch, or 2000 plus dollars for one iMac? Plus, the music on their iTunes is overpriced, at least, in my opinion. Much of the music is 1.29, and when you have less than 99 cents left over, you're screwed.... unless you feel like buying some song that's 69 cents... It's not a bad site, but they're overpriced.
Macs have MAJOR security flaws, their firewalls are virtually nonexistent, and they have no real antivirus software, my friend had a mac for 6 months and he got hacked and had his credit information, his social security, and his bank information, stolen. Also the same hacker on the same day deleted his program files, ruining a 3000$ computer, while his Windows 7 computer lasted him 2 years now. Mac doesn't have many viruses because nobody tries to hack them, as not many people are dumb enough to buy them
