Безопасен ли earthlink.net?

Don't make the mistake of trying to contact Earthlink for support. Their customer support is hopeless. They have clearly outsourced it to a 3rd world country and the contact center is powerless to do anything apart from a few standard responses. They refused to even email someone in their abuse team (or to have someone email me) to discuss a technical issue which was affecting their own customers. Even when I directly email the abuse team about a delivery problem, the emails go unanswered again and again. How can this be the standard of support provided by a major company?

Earthlink is more expensive than Time Warner Cable! Earth Link starting at $21.95 a month. Time Warner starting at $19.99 a month. Virgin Mobile depends on what you get but they are more expensive than both! I was paying $50.00 a month(crazy)! So much for switching to a cheaper internet company, Earthlink is not a savings!
