fulltv.tv is just the tip of the iceberg. Here's all the information about the site that you will need to get your money back. He has many other aliases, all unregistered DBA names (illegal practice right there) for, the actual company, which is:
All Game Media LLC
538 WEST 21ST STREET
Houston, TX 77008-3642
He uses all these domains to carry out the same scam. (Unauthorized credit card charges, selling pirated material, phishing, malware, etc.) BTW, this is a weakness of sites like this one. There are probably a handful of complaints about each of these. By just making up names he keeps anyone from seeing the magnitude of what he's doing. His other sites, same scam, are:
playlev.com, fatplay.net, eonplay.net tzarmedia.com, synchplay.com, m3play.com, vi-play.com, ninjaplay.net, apxplay.com, mediadaze.net,tokerplay.com, squidplay.net, viginet.fr, mediasuns.com, playblitz.net, mediakin.net, supgame.net
All the assumed business names he has used are either no longer authorized to transact business or never were registered, eg. "Double Groove Media LLC". His one, core business, which is registered, is actually in the UK. It is also registered with the Texas Secretary of State and is a Delaware corporation. It is:
V-Cloud Technologies, LLC
15 Lion Business Park
Gravesend DA12 2DN
That business was previously known as (from July, 2012 - December, 2013) Net Silica Systems, LLC, and before that as Central Network Dynamics Limited. He also ran Net Silica Systems out of the Houston address. The oddest thing about V-Cloud is that it has no 'net presence that I can find whatsoever. Not even an email account with yahoo or google and no website. Right. A web support business without a website.
His last known home residence was:
9 Barley Lane
Goodmayes, IG3 8XD
You can sue him in Houston and/or file a complaint with the police or the Harris County sheriff's office (internet scams division).
EN - Fake streaming site that offers nothing, in contrast of its Facebook page. The ads are misleading with buttons like "Play Now" that redirect to malwares sites
In summary : A completely useless site, just a big waste of time.
1.Website provides links to watch live channel streams online
but instead there are fake misleading ads titled "Play Now"
which clicked will redirect to suspicious sites like musicboxnewtab.com which has a very poor wot reputation
2. Uses advertising by adbooth.com which is suspected for using malicious browser exploits
Misleading as to the offer of downloads. Fake links to ad sites. What it comes down to is whether I would recommend this site to anyone, whether I know them or not. NOPE.
Just so there's no misunderstanding, here is the ratings link for all to see:
The site represents itself to search engines as a provider of full movies for free. The cost to the user is substantial time trying to figure out when, or how, the movie is to play. There is, in fact, no movies to play there. The video you selected from the search engine results isn't there at all. It does not start, it does not stream.
On Google, or Bing, video returns fulltv.tv is giving the impression it's on the same provider level with, eg. Hulu, youTube, Vimeo, VIOZ, DailyMotion, etc (this is not spam, it is merely by way of comparison). ALL of which provide a video, either free or paid, on registration, or not, when you get to the end of their links.
There IS no end delivery with fulltv.tv. They are simply misreprenting themselves to seach engines as such, to get web-traffic. That's all.
