I have had a very bad experience with this energy provider lately. Basically I made a complaint to them about my energy supply. I then received no responses to my emails. I complained further. I then received a response from their head of customer services, a Harry Pick. I have to admit his letter was the nastiest letter I have ever received. He threatened to apply to have a court to have my door kicked down to have my gas and electricity meters read. I had told the company in writing that the meters are on the outside and they could gain access to them whenever they wanted to.
I tried to sort things out with this man, but his following emails were equally nasty. He also refused to answer any more of my emails. What is more, he has blocked me from emailing any other departments at Good Energy. So in effect, as a customer I have become a no customer. Needless to say I am leaving this shambles of a company and moving over to Ovo.
Trust me, they are the worst company in existence and my advice is that you steer well clear.
