First the site don't have ANY information about if products exists in stock! Second, I bouth a item 1.1m 3.5mm In-Ear Earphone Headset with Microphone color Green price: €2.75, paying with Skrill Moneybookers in March 18, 2016, and past 3 weeks the item is still processing. I send a email to them ask what problem with my order; and past 2 days they answer telling me, they NOT have the item in stock, and could NOT deposit the value of i paid in my Skrill acoount, because...they having a problem with there Skrill account and CAN'T NOT make login. So, becarefull all, because thys site PANDAWILL.COM, is SCAM!!!

Site selling often Chinese products. Certainly not a trusted site, but rather a scam, even if it explain the functioning of their products. Very bad site, very bad dealer, they sell counterfeit devices that do not squarely walk or are completely rotten. Site that counterfeit the logos of safety (PayPal, VeriSign, Visa, SSL, BBB, McAfee, ...), very very dangerous! Often it takes several months to receive orders if orders are received, do not forget that customs block counterfeit or make you pay surcharges or other penalties. Packing list and shipping very badly treated. Obvious manipulation of MyWOT scores, SPAM also on of MyWOT scores and elsewhere on the net! Do not be fooled by low prices compared to the supposed quality. Il arrive souvent qu'il faut plusieurs mois pour recevoir les commandes, si les commandes sont reçus, à ne pas oublier que les douanes bloquent les contrefaçons ou vous font payer des surtaxes ou d'autres amendes. Embalage et transport très mal soignés. Manipulation évidente des scores de MyWOT, SPAM aussi sur MyWOT et ailleurs sur le net! Ne vous fiez jamais aux prix bas par rapport à la qualité supposée des produits. Все покупки пришли, отличный внешний винчестер EAGET, все 4 заказа пришли почти в срок (я в посёлке, так что на несколько дней задерживаются даже посылки от столицы Минска), все новые и работают, открытая упаковка была только у мини-клавиатуры, думаю, только для того, чтобы обернуть её мягким пакетом для пересылки, выглядит обсолютно новой. Слова "они всё время лгут" - неправда по моему опыту, просто их письма иногда шаблонные, т.е. посылают один из заготовленных вариантов, подходящий по случаю, чтоб время меньше тратить.

Мой опыт таков я не имею не интернет сайта не конкурент я простой покупатель и мне довелось иметь дело со многими интернет камерсантами. pandawill.com на вид порядочный сайт но только на вид . Они продают товары которы нет в наличии ! Я потверждаю это со всей увереностью ! В качестве доказательства я могу предоставить свои переписки с ними я снял и видео моих чатов тоже! Как они работают ? Просто ! Они принемают платежи и обезуються в течени 5 дней отправить товар ! НО после 5 дней они вам говорят что товар нету в наличии и они ждут пополнения . /На вопрос когда это пополнение они сами толком не знают - один говорит что от 5-9 дней другой говорит пополнение зависит от спроса )))) Имея с ними дело я говрю вам из 10 заказов они отправили 2 и одни брак это год полтора назад а за месяц из моих 2 заказов только один а второй они тянули и лгали мне отмазались что у них нет товара в наличии и пополнение будет в течении 9 дней и это после 6 дней как я заплатил им и того выходило что они вроде должны были отправить товар мне ва течении 5 дней! Имея с ними дело я терял время и нервы ! Подробней могу преджоставить любые данные которые поттвердят мои слова !!!

I purchased a smart phone (over $ 300). From the start things went wrong. It took 2 weeks for process the order (they said 2 days) it turns out they do not have the phone; long story short I received the phone after 69 days to be surprised that the Camera does not work and few scratches on the screen (clearly an used phone); And the emails marathon started; - They requested photos and videos. - They asked me to repair it in my country for a "reasonable amount" and record the process for their approval …… - Finally they asked to return it only for reparation (which I refused! Will take 65 days to get there and another 65 days to have it back) Up to now I have sent 30 emails (an email everyday) asking for replacement or refund; to receive the same response yet signed by different name ( clearly that Pandawill has only one person but with a million English names), their only response is SEND BACK THE PHONE FOR REPARATION; according to their policy they don’t accept replacement nor refund..!!!!! In conclusion; if you want to waste your money deal with Pandawill, they are professionals at steeling you hard work money.

I have bought 3 times in this shop, the first one after 10 days waiting they told me I had to wait one or two more weeks, so I cancelled the transaction, and lost money changing coins both ways. Second time I had to open a dispute at paypal because item neve arrived, then they finally sent the item after opening dispute. Third (and last of course) they sent me a broken phone, I sent it back and refunded money losing again bank comisions, and I have to fight in forums for they to partially pay the shipping costs back to them. They say in their web they pay them if product DOA, but they lie all the time, and tell you to pay for it. So if they send you a defective product yo have to wait two months to get it solved, and you have to pay more money than if the product is ok ... this is unacceptable by all means. They lie a lot, even in written word. They sell products without stock. They don't send products unless you open dispute in Paypal.

I bought sku13749 from their website. After a couple of weeks, my item arrived, but it was wrong: they sent me sku8855 instead of sku13749. It seems they're very disorganized. They can't even send me the correct item! I'm not buying from them again. If you wish to purchase something online from China, I suggest you look for another website. This one is not trustworthy.

Сколько раз не заказывал с этого сайта телефон, ни разу не смогли выслать, хорошо, что через пайпел, делали возврат денег. На сайте не обновляются товары очень долго. Даже спрашиваешь, что мол можно заказать товар, отвечают, да конечно, мы вам отправим его сразу. потом начинают кормить завтраками.
