I used the FREE option to get a will, saved as a PDF. I am collecting several wills from various sites to use as samples and comparing them. Hey, it was free.
The FREE option is at the bottom of the page, currently labeled as "no, I only want the free read only version." It is down below the three "sign me up" options. (referring to comment from 'gloucks' dated 8/19/2011)
BEG YOU NOT TO USE THIS SITE!!!!!
It will scam.Talking about free stuff, which is a COMPLETE lie. Apparently they are accosiated with godaddy.com(which is another horrid site and Shouldn't even be using for sake of Ur life). This site has poor reputation for a reason.
This is the most baddest site ever and shouldn't be used for anything. Word.
According to the FTC, whenever a ``free,'' offer is made, all the terms and conditions of the offer should be made clear at the OUTSET. [Guide IV] (For example, not requiring additional customer action to discover that there's a catch. ... Disclosure of the terms of the offer set forth in a footnote of an advertisement to which reference is made by an asterisk or other symbol placed next to the offer, is not regarded as making disclosure at the outset. ) Source: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/guides/decptprc.htm which cites statutes.
So YES, rkw6086, I do!

People please. They are awesome! Do you REALLY expect them to give you something for free? They let you get in and play with it to see if it will work for you, but after that (like everything else in this country) you have to pay!
We used it to create our LLC and we love the product! It's quick and cheaper than Legal Zoom.
Supposedly 'free' forms. But after filling out the form, they will not allow you to have it unless you choose among three choices: 1. "free" for 1 week, but you will be automatically billed after that point (up to you to track time and opt out of that) and therefore have to give a credit card. 2. & 3. (are choices to immediately pay for a membership)
I would argue such a site should be up front regarding this requirement; instead, they do not inform you until you have taken the time to fill out the form you wish. Not good. I do not recommend this site, though I have no reason to believe they otherwise 'cheat' a customer.
Shady tactics- DON"T TRUST!! They tell you that you can try it free for a week. Then why do you have to give them all of your credit card info before your free trial?????? Been there, done that but won't ever again.....
