Site has deceptive information with regard to estimated shipping dates. Will tell you 10 days in one location, next Monday in another. 20 days in another. They have a "Guaranteed Satisfaction" thing they like to post all over, but it has a exceptions within it. Exceptions that you can't determine you'll be within or not until after you've purchased an item. For instance where your item will ship from. You are never told where your item will originate from while ordering, this is why the shipping dates above are super sketchy. If the item ultimately comes from China, they can't get anything to you next Monday on the cheapest shipping option. But if you aren't paying attention, they've got your money now and you don't find out where it's coming from until the tracking ID is made and you receive the email. And informed you are in the "exception" group to the satisfaction ***** sorry. Other sketchy things on the site that are even sketchier after the fact: "Limited quantity items" - They only have 10-15 of the item you are looking at left, better hurry up and order. And while you are browsing a little popup at the bottom will tell you people all over are buying items! And they are buying the items you are looking at, oh no! The quantity never goes down...they must be making them as we watch. Whew. Get them in your cart, they can only reserve your cart for 10-15 minutes, better hurry up and place your order. If you hurry they can get it to you by next Monday, but they told you 10 days on the previous page... And later the email they send you will tell you up to 20 days. If you wait for the timer to expire, don't worry the timer will reset. Also your "reserved" items don't get taken out of the "limited stock" on the item page, like most other retailers do with limited stock so people have a chance to enter information and the robot buyers don't clear everything out. After you buy your stuff, they will offer you a discount on the item you just bought if you place another order. Something like 50% off. That's generous of them, especially since the stock is so limited. Then, when you get your items almost 30 days later and you want to refund them, they will tell you that since it came from China they have no room in their US warehouses to allow refunds. But...they have limited stock. So surely they would want the items to resell to all these eager people waiting for item fulfillment. I wouldn't trust anything post on that site. The reviews are too glowing, the information conflicts on shipping estimates. And their guarantees don't really guarantee anything. And it's REMARKABLY hard to find details about this website on the web, it's like it popped into existence out of nowhere...but there are reviews on their items. So my guess is they send out free stuff to people to review, and otherwise make up fake reviews elsewhere. I can't believe no one has written a single review about this website being as ........misleading as it is. This isn't a simple "covid" delay, they could put this information anywhere easily seen, but you simply are never told information at all until it's sent to you post purchase after they've hit your credit card for the money. Deceptive at best, but I'm leaning toward pop-up site since no one has posted about these items that I could find anywhere else.
