Generally OK to deal with but have had items of lower value delivered instead of what was ordered. Replies to emails where swift and courteous and promised to resolve but replacement items never arrived - twice. Others rate them highly so I would like to think my experiences where an exception rather than the norm. Personally I would prefer to shop elsewhere
