Чтобы не скачивались "exe" файлы, нужна регистрация. И конечно я не одобряю действия владельцев сайта, что для не зарегистрированных пользователей, вставляют в ссылку "exe" файлы...

Опять же попытался скачать торрент файл, как помните у него расширение должно быть ".torrent", а тут ".exe". Нажмешь на такой файл и куча мусора у тебя на компе осядет. Поэтому оценка самая минимальная.
