They have the worst home delivery set-up ever. If you are used to Amazon US, get ready to be shocked by Amazon Spain. If you are not at home when they come (and you will never know in advance when they are coming), they will not drop off the delivery at a collection point. They will return it to Amazon Spain.

Numerous untrustworthy sellers, search function is utterly useless/broken, you can ALWAYS find lower prices on Ebay and other sites...Amazon has always been trash and doesn't show any signs of improvement. They've recently stopped showing the terms of product returns in your shopping cart, allowing you to buy things without realizing they aren't returnable.

Amazon once was a great company that cared about providing good customer support for their customers, but not anymore. They don't give a crap about customers anymore. Making a bigger profit off their customers, any way they can, is the only thing important to them now. Amazon has way overpriced products. You can find lower prices at almost any other store. They have made it impossible to filter out the Chinese counterfeits, by removing the option to filter searches by seller. Their customer support is usually unable to help when you have an issue. They require you to spend a specific amount of money every 12 months with a credit card, just to be eligible to write a review. If you don't, all of your previous reviews are removed, and you are banned from writing reviews. Instead of actually fixing the problems with reviews that have nothing to do with the product, they punish people who can't constantly spend money on Amazon with credit cards. Don't buy from Amazon. They have become just as shady as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.
