europcar.comは安全ですか？

Spammers. Someone has registered my email here, and I started to get a lot of unnecessary emails. I notified the sender about the mistake a few times, but nothing has been done so far to correct this mistake. Europcar just refuses to remove my email from their system. It is crazy, really crazy. I used Europcar in the past, but will be no more.

Eurocar provides a commendable car rental service with a diverse fleet and efficient booking process. The vehicles are well-maintained, and the customer service is generally reliable, earning Eurocar a solid four stars for its overall convenience and quality.

Poor experience. Company was used to supply us a courtesy car. A deposite was made towards the car to ensure it was returned with a full tank of fuel. On return of the car the deposite was not given back to use. After much complaining they posted a checque but for the wrong amount, being alot less then what we paid. They also made it difficult for us to give the car back and even treatened to charge us for any extra time we had the car. Phone service was very poor... put on hold more times then i can count....

CAREFUL!!!! got screwed big time with this company. I am traveling much and renting none stop. NEVER EVER GOT SCAMMED AS THEY DID TO ME!!! gave me a car with a dent and didnt put it on the paper. I went backand been told they updated it in the computer! when I got back I was charged 6k claiming it was done by me!!! stay away!!!
