Is ggsupply.com Safe?

I placed a order with this site for D2 Useast Ladder items . Paid for these through Paypal . Waited 4 days and for electronic payment to go through .Started emailing them , no response. Emailed again . Nothing . Threatened to call My bank and paypal for cancelation of payment . A response finally . Go figure ! i asked about my order .Gave them the order number and conformation of payment number .they said they are experiencing website issues . No response for a whole day . Emailed again & again . threatened again , then they said they didn't sell the item I had already paid for @ that price . So I copied it and saved it . Didn't matter . They said they will refund my money . they did . And then the items I wanted and paid already , They changed the price on their site , because someone screwed up . The 2 items I wanted and paid for was $4.06 . For me to get those items now was $52.00 .. LOL By the way .. They are a Chinese company and Paypal can't do much with tem ... Beware !!!!!
