Could not download Doom3 Sources as zipball, tried several Downloaders (Firefox internal, DownThemAll, FDM - FreeDownloadManager). Got always message size differs at different sizes or unknown network error. Sourceforge, Fileplanet, playerattack.com, etc. work better in this regard....

It is just the best repository management system available. The API provided by git is awesome. You can code anywhere and then push your code to git to watch it anywhere in a well arranged manner.
