Is jodi.org Safe?

This is the most off-putting site i've ever seen. Apparently from what i've heard there's random links. Edit: it randomly put two texts in my files. Second edit: Randomly sent me to weird links. Third edit (this is the last one i swear): This crashed my computer with a virus with numerous pop ups and every time my chromebook asked if i could restore my tabs,it came back.EVEN WHEN I CLOSED IT.AND I SPECIFICALLY TOLD MY COMPUTER TO BLOCK POP-UPS.THAT MEANS IT LITERALLY WAS ABLE TO OVERRIDE MY WEB SETTINGS.

Jodi is a digital art collective that ranges from [mock] error messages and flashing displays to strange and abstract interfaces. This website stays true to its purpose and does not actually intend to harm viewers despite what it purports to be doing. The website has a couple of areas that contain images or text that may not be suitable for children (including an area where viewers can communicate [badly] without moderation). It also contains flashing or rapidly changing images which are not suitable for users with photosensitive epilepsy. Viewers should be prepared to know that the website does very rarely use popups as part of the art display, but they do not contain actual advertisements and are limited in number.
