They told me I needed "A full system tune-up" by a certified tech. which was NOT true. They told me it would be $250.00 but then lowered the price to $200 when I declined. The guy got angry when I tried to end the call!

I have spoken with a representative of the website, and he/she has been very helpful in trying to explain their trustworthiness. I have hopes that they are trustworthy, and will await, and pursue communication from McAfee HQ to confirm identity. It is a questionable site, and people using the site should take caution. However, I do believe that the end results will be positive at that point I will change my review/comment.
