Scam! they want you to pay a fee for the forms and then a separate fee to process. The person I spoke to said the processing is 90 days. Stay away!

SCAM ARTISTS! They stole $38 from my friend-- they gave them all their personal passport info & credit card info.. and didn't even realize for about 5 days later..its a bogus site! RUN from this website! They change the web link too I found. We are reporting it to the Government .. Heres what others are saying too below about ***** - “SCAM!! Fake. Don't pay. Not the free govt website!” ***** Don't pay anything! Only go to .gov website for free passport online forms. I cancelled my credit card. You only send payment with the actual printed passport application. Always check carefully for website integrity. - “STAY AWAY!” - ***** - These people charge you $38.00 to print off passport form that you can download and print for free. I got scammed! Make sure you only use sites that end in .gov. Not sure how they can get away with this!!! - “Dangerous Scam” - ***** This site poses as an official window for online passport applications, but it is NOT. Fortunately I woke up to my stupidity before paying for nothing, but not before giving them my social security number. Hateful creeps. Why can't law enforcement protect us from this type of thing? - “call experian at 8883973742” ***** - I fell for this website ending in .org. I cant believe it I gave them every bit of information that you would need for a credit card or a loan. I called the bank to put an alert on the account, I also called experian to freeze my credit. The number is ***** - ***** ... What's a rip off is you're paying to have documents filled out for you online. You can easily upload these documents for FREE on the ***** website. You can breath again but will have wasted some $$$. If you haven't gone through them yet, don't. Anytime you need gov docs & you're using a website the site should always end in .gov. At 34, lesson learned! - “SCAM” - ***** - Do not pay any money. This site is misleading to say the least. I was led to believe this was the site to renew ones passport, it is not! They offered no refund of my money after learning this place is solely set up to take people's money in exchange for nothing. The forms to renew a passport are on the government website. - “Don't pay them any money” - ***** This site essentially charges you for forms that can be downloaded for free. Don't make the mistake I did by thinking that they handle the form submission process. The fee also does not go towards the renewal fee associated with your passport. Considering I already had the form completed before I signed up with them, I asked if I could get a refund and cancel my account. They did not accommodate my request. - “SCAM” - ***** I can't believe I fell for this scam. The worst part is I gave them all my personal information. They do not provide a service but just take your money. I'm talking to my credit card company first thing as well as Life Lock. - “SCAM” - ***** My daughter used passportusa.org to fill out her passport form online. They charged her $27 for a FREE form & gathered all her info. Sad... Now we are going to have to watch closely to make sure her identity is not stolen.... - “SCAM” - ***** I fell for this scam. Be carful! As soon as I gave all my info I got all kind of phone calls. IRS falls claims etc - “Evil Scam”- ***** - My wife just fell for this scam. Luckily her credit card company flagged and prevented the transaction. They do nothing for you. If you are looking for a government website, make sure it ends in .gov. - “Passport-USA.COM & ***** not the official US Passport Website” ***** I consider myself to pretty savvy when it comes to spotting a Website acting as something it is not. I'm just warning others not to fall in the same trap that I did. I was falsely under the impression that ***** were actual representatives of the US Passport Office. They are not!! I paid $69 for their service which amounted to nothing more than taking my information and filling out an application for me which is free of charge at ***** and which I am completely capable of filling out for myself. What a ripoff!!!!!!!!!!!!
