Is technikplace.de Safe?

I have paid for an order, and cancel it few days after because I was not getting support. The Company still sent me the parcel through DPD (despite my cancellation), and I had to call DPD to reroute it to originator. Company has received the parcel back but I am still waiting for the refund (45 days after). This company does not pick the phone, or when they do, they do not speak English. All their emails are in German. I would not recommend this Company to anybody.

Order ***** I placed my order on 20/9, now - 3/11, the last orderline still has to be completed (I'm still missing 10 Vialuna compression connectors 8.2 mm). It took this shop over a month to deliver an antenna mast & cable that supposedly both were on stock (NOT). Very common items like Smart Titanium quad LNBs and 2 Emp Centauri 8 input disecq switches took WEEKS to be delivered. The first two deliveries came in quickly, but I have serious questions about people that are unwilling to provide delivery delays. I've enquired for this multiple times, opened a ticket (nr. 1148, complaint) and mailed to the shop's owner, Ms. Lopez, and received no answers. This shop also violates Visa policy in multiple ways: they only accept creditcards for Germany (discrimination and against Visa policy: it's either visa for everybody or nobody ...) and they charge a percentage of the total amount for transactioncosts with creditcards too. People: do NOT make the same mistake I did and don't put your trust in this store. I paid via banktransfer up front and they played with my money (>1000 EUR) for over a month without ANY explanation or apology!!! They weren't even willing to add 7 screws (Schwerlastdüpel, enduser value 6-7 EUR) as a compensation! I also suspect them to tweak ratings on sites by giving customers who give them good points "Gutschein" for every good rating they give.

Gut sortierter Shop mit super hilfe selbst im Schadenfall. Ich habe zwar selbst etwas an der Antenne beschädigt aber der Shop hat mir trotzdem ein Ersatzteil gesendet, der Clou: ohne Berechnung. DAS ist Service. Die Preise sind die besten im Web und Versandkosten auch günstig, selbst eine 100er Antenne für 19,90 EUR ist akzeptabel wenn man bedenkt das die per Spedition gesendet wird (Der Shop schreibt von Selbstkosten von 33,00 EUR berechnet aber nur 19,90 EUR) Der beste Technikshop den ich kenne, vielen Dank nochmal
