Yahoo Is Pretty Bad About This. You Can Normally Spot These Profiles Because The Photos Look Like Model Photo-Shoots. The So-Called Woman Will Also Have Way Too Broad Of Match-Ideas (IE: They Don't Care What Their Partner Looks, Acts, Dresses, Ect Like). They Will Also Go Overboard With The "God-Speak" (IE: Their Profile Is Just Way Too Much About Their Faith And Not About Them Personally). Scam-Artists Use "God-Speak" In The Hopes That Other People Will Think They Are God-Fearing, And Not Going To Steal From Them. As A Rule: If The Person After 2 E-Mails Is Already Saying How They Love You So Much And That God Brought You Two Together; It Is Most Likely A Scammer! You Can Also Spot These Profiles Because Of The (WORDS ) They Use And How They Use Them. American's Will Use English Very Differently Then A Foreigner. The Most Easy Way To Spot These Scammers, Is If They Email You That They Live In The USA, But That They Are In Nigeria, Or Some Other Foreign-Location For School Or Work. So If They Say "Yes, I Live In America But I'm In Africa Going To School"; THEN IT IS A SCAM! ALWAYS Report These Scammers To The Site-Owners!! Yahoo Personals Is Also Known For Sending Out Their Own (FAKE) Emails. Basically Since They Make Their Money On Subscription-Fees; They Will Send You Emails From People That Don't Really Exist. So You Think Someone Wants To Speak With You, And Then You Go Sign-Up. Then You Either Don't See That Persons Profile Anymore, Or You Never Hear From That Person Again. Yahoo Is Really Horrible With This, And Actually Pretty Stupid With It as Well. Because They Will Keep Sending You The Same (FAKE) Emails Over And Over Again. Common Sense Is The Best Way To Spot These. If It Doesn't Make Sense; Then Ignore It. The Other Common Way Is If You Live In California, And Someone Is Sending You Emails From New York; It Could Very Well Be Yahoo Trying To Scam You Into Paying For Their Full-Access Service Accounts. If You Do Get Tricked; Then Trying To Get Refunds From Yahoo Is Very Difficult. That Is If You Can Even Get A Hold Of A Live-Person. You Might Have To Just Report Them To Your Bank, And Or Credit Card Company. They Can Then Help You Find A Way Of Getting Your Money Back. You Can Also Report Them To The Better Business Bureau.
