Is 1shoppingcart.com Safe?

This site appears to reward spamming. I receive spam from affiliates of 1shoppingcart.com daily and have contacted 1shoppingcart.com to get their assistance in stopping this spam. They have not responded and the spam has not stopped. Although 1shoppingcart.com might not be directly responsible for the spam, they are rewarding their affiliates for spam activity and apparently are not acting to prevent it.

When I click on it I find an offer for 5 FREE webinars which I plan on attending. I also am getting tired of these negative reviews on a site I find totally trustworthy. They spoil it for the rest of us and make WOT an untrustworthy site. There may be unreputable companies using this...go after them, not shopping cart

I have been buying almonds from Briden Wilson Farms for several years. They have always given me a good shopping experience. I've never been unhappy with their service. These are by far the best almonds I've tasted, and I LOVE almonds.

I am so done with WOT. Basically, they let any old body whose got a bone to pick ruin any site's reputation. 1 Shopping Cart is a freaking autoresponder site that allows different businesses to create mailing lists through them. If those people attempt to use the site's tools to spam others, then bag them, not the tool. This is the third of fourth site I've seen flagged by WOT, not because the site itself is doing anything wrong, but because the users don't like what they get in terms of contact, or they have moral or political issues with what the site represents. It's the American Idol of "safety" sites... popularity matters more than actual usefulness. Uninstalling WOT now...

I'm not sure why people are spewing venom about this site. I've done business with this company for years without incident. It is an autoresponder company... meaning that they offer database services which permit their subscribers to send email to people who have opted in to receiving those messages. This doesn't mean that a few bad payers out there haven't done something wrong -- that's not 1 Shopping Cart's fault. That would be like you slapping somebody's kid because you don't like what his/her mom said about you. While it might make you feel better, it wouldn't be right. Before you trash the reputation of a company -- learn what they do.

Site is associated with the ***** service, a service associated with criminal actions by knowingly violating US Federal Law. Violating the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act by sending UCE (Unsolicited Commercial E-mail) "Spam" to Non-Opt-In email account holders is violating Federal Law, which is a criminal act! This intended and deceitful practice of sending Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) is not consistent with how a "legitimate and reputable company" would do business. Their knowingly violating US Federal Law reflects poorly on their entire company’s image by associating their service “Name” with criminal actions.
