These comments are misinformed. This IP belongs to Google and used via their Adsense for domains program. It may be that a site in transition will throw up this IP, but when resolved the site will appear as a 'series of links' which are also ads, but this is because they are 'adsense' based NOT a phishing scam. "

As others have said, this is just google! Maybe it belonged to somebody else in the past, but now it is Google. If you look at it it is a GWS (Google's server) 404 error page. If you perform a DNS query of one of google's adsense sites this comes up. Nothing to worry about! "
