I downloaded this software as it was advertised on youtube, and should have been geared to a general audience. Once installed, I realized this program is only meant for an IT professional. If you are familiar with SIP's, trunks,"dropping a configuration into an existing deployment", then this software along with the dozen or so manuals available for you to pour through, might be for you. If you are a normal joe, just looking for a keypad to go through an internet connection or through google voice or something, this is not for you. Don't download, waste an hour or two looking on the internet for help, just to not find any and then go through the trouble of uninstalling it. This is ONLY made for IT specialists and should not be marketed to the general public via youtube ads.
