Is 4wheelparts.com Safe?

I ordered an ARB bumper for my 4runner about a month ago which was shipped to this location. They offered me an installation with 10% discount so I schedule an appointment for three weeks later. I had to drive 45 minutes early in the morning in order to get there early enough so that they can get everything done hopefully by the evening. Although I was the first person over there, for some reason, the guy hinted me that they may not be able to finish the work today!! what a surprise for a 4-hour job!! Had to take a taxi to hang out somewhere else while they are doing their job. Then I get a call at noon that they can't do the job because ONE person called-sick and want to schedule me for another two weeks later!! I went there and the guy over seemed like that he doesn't care that they have wasted my time and money for nothing. They only responded "Sorry for that"!!!!! I asked to pick up the bumper myself to have it install somebody else. At their garage, I saw that there were bunch of dudes working on a wrangler or just hanging around but it just seemed that they didn't have time for me! On top of that, one of the shipping staff didn't show up so I had to load the bumper by myself. I am so horrified by their customer service. So disrespectful and ignorant. Never gonna come back there again!!
