Is 8-3-11.info Safe?

I wonder how it can be possible to give any kind of reliable rating under the current circumstances. There is only common riddling and speculation all over the internet, obviously predominantly in Spanish - but not only, see e.g. ***** - ***** -http://merzmensch.blogspot.com/2011/06/8-3-11.html - At least no malware is known up to now, it still could be quite everything, possibly a kind of viral marketing, art, or perhaps even having a political background (depending on your personal taste you also could see a particularly enigmatic announcement of mankind's first alien contact... ;-) ). Perhaps August 3rd, 2011 will bring any solution... UPDATE. Solved by originators' clarification: It was an unintentionally effective and even ingenious experiment which made its way around the world (and indeed especially but not only in South America). Early "coming-out" to prevent some non-involved persons from being annoyed by researchers who found out a private address via the registration trace of the website. - Good example for the potential of internet and "real life" cooperation and the nature of myths. Might be interesting for psychologists... ;-)
