I just love how they utilize technology both on their website and at the airport. They and SWA are OUR local airlines and I, for one, cannot imagine either carrier EVER leaving the DFW area. BUY LOCAL.

Here in our major airport's area, AA has a monopoly over both the airport and all other airlines. In fact, they are trying to drive VIRGIN AMERICA, one of the best airlines known to man, OUT OF BUSINESS by lowering their prices at or below virgin's rates! Don't forget about the hidden fees that are around every turn! AA deserves to be OUT OF BUSINESS!

On my family trip to Vegas last year or so, we happened to schedule a wrong flight by accident. And in order to just re-schedule another flight, we had to pay over a million dollars...just for a lousy change. Poor customer service and support is written all over it. Never using them again.

The site is fine ,but for vendor reliability, well, I've never been threatened with arrest for asking a company to do what an employee promised before.
