Site contains a lot of quality add-ons.
Some add-ons are however not verified by mozilla so those may be problematic but the verified ones are safe and nearly always work properly.

While being the extensions home of one of the biggest open-source projects on the planet, the site remains free of anything unnecessary. No trackers, no ad-profiling, in fact no ads and safe for all users.
The only thing to be aware of, is that some people are not thinking of children when writing their reviews, this is not the fault of the site, and they do much to restrict over emotional comments.
I hope Mozilla will keep their good work going for another 40 years and then on into the next century.
