This website does the opposite of what they promised because that content locking "solution" REPELS people out of your website thus reducing your traffic and revenue overtime. The only good use of this is trolling pirates, but in most cases, people will use a survey remover against it. As he/she said, those "positive" comments are fake. That fake comments are probably from supporters or staffs of the survey-supported website. In conclusion, Adworkmedia is a source for all the surveys. By the way, if you blame the advertisers, ask them to REVIEW the website before you publish or MAKE their own ad.
