Phishing scammers are active on this site. Do not use this site agoda-homes and appartments have phishing scammers attached to places. Agoda do a very very bad job verifying ad's and scammers are taking advantage. Do not use AGODA.COM

I discovered that some SEO black hat has been randomly inserting this site URL into the Microsoft translation service used by one online language translator iOS application. Apparently when Microsoft asks for translation improvements, some have been inserting stealth adverts. This business is very untrustworthy and should be rated red.

Have had a really bad experience when i have booked a hotel here. They have charged my card, did not make a reservation in the hotel (so i had to pay twice), and after that they did not want to make a refund until i have claimed a chargeback via my bank. Awful service here, do not recommend.

I cancelled my booking 7 months ago, which was confirmed by them, and they tried to debit my account last week. I contacted them again and they said it was definitley cancelled. They just tried to debit my account again! This is either a scam or they are totally incompetent.

There are lots of problems reported about this website. The website does not properly display taxes, fees, service charges, cancellation policy, and exchange rates. Therefore, it can get much more expensive than to use hotel's own websites or traditional company like Expedia.
