I tried to purchase a plane ticket on this website twice. Both times were met with an email stating that there was a problem but they could not say what the problem was. The email was very vague and suspicious. Two of my friends also tried to purchase plane tickets and both were met with the same email and problem. Upon calling the company they stated that it was my bank's problem, although between my friends and I we tried 3 different banks. Betwen the vague emails and poor customer service I give this site a poor rating.
