don't bother .. I paid 1800euro i spent the first three weeks just staring at it ,yes it's pretty when it's still working , then one day puff lights out , no blue-tooth inside ,no more web cam , no turboboost .. the diagnostice never found anything wrong , after a whole year of asking dell 'How do i get it repaired , i recieved tickets generated by some email reading bot , telling well this is your ticket write back and add the ticket .. you are joking i only asked if could sent it back the same way it came via UPS .. a year passed they send me an email asking me to extend the service for another fee , because you have to pay for service ahead wherethere you think you want it or not . I went out and bought an Acer for 600 euro dual core i multi boot whatever on it never one problem ,everything it says it has , it does . yes it has a nice design , yes it look out of this world , yes there could be good material in it if you build it yourself .. don't bother there are countless better pc in the same niche . It's not complete ..still coming along ,especially now that dell got a slap .. go look at the new sites and promises. THey handed out corrupt recovery dvd's withthis machine and it damaged the motherboard .. you still want it .. call me i selll you mine for a third of what i paid for it .if you are a guru then it's a deal . I dont use it i have two other Acers that have yet to let me down once .i stop now.. marx out

It's horrible. Everything. Customer support is crap, product is crap, tech support is crap, prices are crap. Just don't even bother buying from this place. They lie to you, that's it.

Very Good Machines
5
Very expensive computers and laptops but still good.

Guys, don't buy overpriced computers like this. Just build your own, its just like putting Legos together, as in, things only fit one way. a $1,000 (USD) Alienware, would cost about $700 (USD) to build.
7
Alienware just wants your money in exchange for really underpowered computers. seriously its better if you follow a guide and build a computer your self.
7
Very good customer support, were easy to deal with to send my computer later when out of town. Very helpful and very experienced.

***** is the official website for the computer hardware company Alienware (which is now owned by Dell). They make expensive (but fast) gaming computers. This website is safe to use & visit.
5
Good computers, mediocre customer service

Good components... *While they last* They are overclocked parts... They die fast. Fast.

I bought an Alienware laptop from here at one point. They sent it to me (after about 8 weeks of just -building- it) and it had a design flaw where any static discharge on the touchpad buttons caused the machine to instantly shut down. I called them up and they told me to send it in, which i did (so it was in my possession for exactly 1 day). They kept it for 30 days and finally sent it back with the assurance that it was fixed. Turns out, the touchpad-shutdown issue is a design flaw and they'd never be able to correct it unless they redesigned it. I asked them for my money back at this point, and they told me I couldn't return it because I'd had it for 30 days. Wrong! They had it for 30 days. I had it for 1, and had to send it in. I told them I was just going to ship it back to them and they told me they'd just send it back. I reiterated that I simply wanted a refund and didn't want the machine, and they finally agreed to allow me to return it... WITH A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. Terrible service. I finally got my credit card company to force them to give my money back and I wrote a letter to the attorney general of Florida (where Alienware was based at the time). AVOID!
