This URL should not even have opened. I had clicked 'Close' on an Allstate Ad that came up as an unwanted and annoying pop-up on what should have just been a video clip from a TV show. However, the html code for the Allstate pop-up must be so inept that I could not position the mouse pointer over the "hot spot" to trigger the "Close" command - even with more than 4 attempts, as well as with one instance of the Allstate ad already opened in a tab.
