In regards to this comment - I am merely defending the right of our 'brand' - and it is a brand against your quite childish attacks on our WOT. Being the professionals that we are; We will not retaliate but we will of course, provide any evidence to the public that suggests wrong doing on ANY site we feel poses a fraud risk. Regards

Good Afternoon In response to this defamation of our brand again by 'parties unknown' I will simply state that shortly we will be publishing our findings about 'other sites' in competition with ours - we'll post the website address when we have it. It will contain the information which the PUBLIC needs to see in regards to making an informed decision about who to trust - and who operates legally. You'd be surprised what other sites would like to hide from you. Back to the points in question; 1. We've covered this on our FB page - we DO NOT delete anything 'Beckie Price' (the public can read this comment for themselves in detail at our FB page - we also have a hard copy of the post also in case it get's mysteriously deleted following this reply. 2. We've also covered the conspiracy theory of buying followers in great depth - even though you cannot buy them in random denominations which is evident from anyone searching online... 3. The company is registered to a premises in Sheffield, correct - we work from premises in Sheffield. It does not happen to be 'a house' however. 4. We've also covered the means regarding the suppliers/evidence issue in great detail (FB page as well for anyone wishing for information) - we get our images actually from Play.com as they are the correct size for listing on the FB page oddly enough. I would ask in response.. Let's see other sites show their sources shall we. 5. As I am CEO of the company. I protect our brand avidly. The fact that people 'would like' to profess to know more about my profession than myself/my team which has been doing this since the 360 came into existence is laughable. We also answer any questions about our legality (considering we have NEVER and will NEVER be shut down/closed for temporary measures or investigated by the police/trading standards due to the legality of the SERVICE .. the public can be assured I think) 6. I refer people to researching ABGX 360 on the net and also google searching for 'patching games' before burning. I think we can assume 'Beckies' boyfriend is a pirate - the confirmation is there that they copy them from a shop.. brilliant! 7. We are a business - end of the day.. if we see a site openly defrauding it's clients (Backup Kings/Backup Games) we have every duty as a public company to intervene. The fact that their custom is no with us says everything the public need to know. 8. Actually no we don't - unless we see the same 'person' liking a competition site around the same time a status is left on our FB page which does not take a genius to realise that something is afoot... Really :D 9. Your boyfriend is a pirate.. who bought from a pirated site. Brilliant. 10. You have not used our service - neither would we provide a service to you so that rules out completely the validity of your comments so far against us. There are more reputable website truth pages out there on the net.. one's that actually respond responsibly to defamation claims by 3rd parties and other competition sites... just saying!

In regards to software needing to be patched. ALL games need to be patched to represent the original source which is NOT duplicated when sourcing from the original material. Hence, you would need to inject the patch back into the medium to allow it to be represented as the exact same disc version when playing on the 360. Since you do not know what you are talking about (0800 drives do not rip all of the security sectors needed - hence the need for ABGX) I think we can assume you are from a pirate site online... which is attacking our WOT because we have outed them as fraudsters. Hi! In response to that.. we are asked MANY times on the FB page the exact same question which we respond to and the same answer is given time after time. YES - All of the media is pre-patched (where possible) before burning. We have also answered many a time that we use Verbs when necessary - as they are NOT required for XGD2 releases (to quote your phrase 'the scene' knows) because of the size of the media file. Can I ask you specifically when you apparent FB post was lost as I'm quite sure our community will be only too happy to answer that for you. The company has NOTHING to hide - hence the reason we have over 25,000 Facebook fans purely because of the quality of the service. We would be delighted to see the screen shots from you - please feel free to email them to us at info@angelfallscc.com .. we'll make sure to update this post in case of non-delivery of course on your claim. Once again, for people reading this - this seems to be a member of one of the competition sites, and we have to point out - the more they are quoted or described as 'The UK's best' OR 'The site you can trust' the more likely you are likely to be defrauded by them... Clearly both of the other sites cannot operate in a legal manner, hence the repeated closures and walking off with people's cash.

You forgot to put a negative (red) choice.. In response.. actually DON'T avoid our site.. because it's the only one carrying a Ltd company status that DOES NOT; 1* Defraud people and disappear every couple of months and 2* Have it's payment processors taken off it because it's address points to Barclays Bank in London and it's owner is 'John Wayne' Brilliant.

As no other competition sites have done this, you can only assume - they have something to hide. Feel free to mention on the 360Backups site WHY they don't take PayPal, WHY their Google Wallet points to Batteries4Cheap (Fraud in itself) and why their NoChex also points to the same payment email?

Of course it is someone's *right* to use any webstore they wish - when it comes to someone getting special discounts and privileges of course, they should NOT be pandering to other websites and encouraging others to do the same... that's a bit unscrupulous and rather chavvy thing to do at best. We will not block ANYONE on our sites UNLESS they are here to; 1. Cause Trouble 2. Spam 3. Try and cherry pick people from it with 'something' other sites cannot possibly promise to do We of course, being a Ltd legal entity have every right, to post what information we see fit - and we are aware of a fraud risk to anyone using other sites in question. The validity of the claim is proven when you look at the fact that Google Wallet/NoChex is pointing to something entirely different (constitutes Fraud By Misrep I believe) to get away from the fact, they would close down the payment option for pirated goods. We welcome any comments positive/negative which can help move the brand forward in future. ADDITION INFOMATION (In response to the edited comment above) In regards to our import policy from outside of the UK, where you suggest we pirate our media - All of our stock comes from either a region free OR Pal/NTSC enabled stock which we legally 'import' from the US and Europe where necessary. It's uncommon nowadays for stock to be primarily PAL only. The answer to your 'Sherlock Holmes' question on the incorporation on 16th July 2012.. we have been running a lot longer than this time, as other sites well know, having only gone LTD in 2012. Quite lawful. Nothing sinister.

In regards to our stature on FB and Twitter - we have employed two SEO management agencies to increase our standing on the net in terms of marketing and position globally - again, we have never heard of buying likes and it's not something we would wish to use. Again being a Ltd company - we'll let others make that decision.. clearly pirate sites such as the one's that are attacking our WOT scores cant achieve that. On the subject of services - may I suggest answering people who have not received their goods under the banner of the 'fabled' 24 hour turnaround we keep hearing about. The fact that NO problems must be discussed on FB pages on other sites suggests to us, that there is something to hide. Dodgy indeed! If there is a problem with the media, we replace/refund it - the same as any other legal entity. We do advise to keep the 360 Drive Lens as clean as possible however, and install any media to the hard drive (common basic practice for 360 Users) Many thanks for your spam and trying once again, to attract clients to your OWN site.. might we suggest, growing up and improving the service you so clearly are biased for.

We do not offer ANY pirated product - we can assure people of that - hence the reason we are a Limited Legal entity, can carry PayPal as a payment processor (other sites cannot), and have all valid and verified facilities inc; Google Wallet in our company name!! ALL because - we offer NO illegal material on our site. Your opinion will be heard on our FB page and you can speak to our social network - they will provide any reviews/truths as they see fit. We won't remove anything UNTIL someone decides to start spamming or having 'a potty mouth' The ex customers - consist of around 7-9 and frequent the 3rd biggest site.. having blown the chances with ourselves and another site and are now content on poaching people to make their site better. SEO is a wonderful thing to use.. I suggest taking that information over to said 'homepage' and using it yourselves.. hence the jump in clientele. We are not aware of any service which 'sells views' Simply put on GOW:J - Imported from the US. Rather simple to do.. find a supplier - they usually deliver them early for a price. I would mention that you would need to become a LEGAL entity before they would entertain such notion of course.
