Offers "free" reports, makes you fill out a bunch of info, redirects, redirects, redirects, waiting, makes you do another email, waiting, "this whole time telling me my free report is being generated", and finally, I got's ta pay! They now are sending me an apology cuz I never followed through by offering me a discound. It's ok, I searched google and found out that my biological father died in 2001, but these guys weren't gonna tell me that!

Reports are not free as they claim. You have to pay.

***** has a slick advert campaign and a snazzy web interface that promises a lot of information. I tried it out on myself and ordered a one-month package for around $20. The results are disappointing. There are free search websites using public domain information that are more thorough. I called after that trial run and explained by issues to their Customer Service department. I wanted a refund as I felt their promises of results were misleading. Bottom line up front . . . they would not provide one. They did offer a %25 discount on what I'd purchased and promised not to rebill me monthly (I was unaware that I'd signed up for that!). At this point, I'll consider it a loss and a lesson learned for about $15 (the cost of 3 lattes at Starbucks). Caveat emptor! There are easier ways to waste your money.

Two issues- one is there would seem to be a violation of a person's privacy. They literally show where this person lives. Great site if your a stalker. Nothing is mentioned about a charge until the very end. There are legitimate uses for this - but is seems to easy for this to be abused.
