I ordered what was labeled as a UV Sterilization Wand. It even mentions UV-C sterilization in the description of the product. The product was not a UV-C wand or a sterilizing wand though. It is an ordinary blacklight wand which is a UV-A wand. The paperwork with the product even confirms this. It states that it operates at the 365 wavelength. UV-C operates at ***** It has been 2 weeks since I sent them an e-mail about it. I've received no response from them.If you look at reviews on Yelp and Google you'll see they like to print the shipping label right away to make you think it's being shipped, but they sit on it for weeks for some reason. Overall a pretty shady business.
