I love the products at Beach Body, especially the workout DVD's. Great online previews so you know what you're getting before you buy it.

It is possible that you were not clearly informed of the program you were joining which would entitle you to a refund. I bought a set of exercise disks & after a month received another set & was billed $50.00 on my Master-card even though I had specifically asked not to be on an automatic subscription. After hours of phone calls, I ended up keeping the disks for $20.00 instead of going through the aggravation of mailing them back at my expense. I found out online that many others have been through the same routine. They want you to pay by credit card so that they can bill you a second time without your authorization. Google 'Beachbody scam' & find out for yourself.
