Is beanstalkmarketing.co.uk Safe?

Spam-advertised business. UPDATE 2014-08-10: At least two domains owned by Beanstalk Marketing were advertised over a period of several months during late 2012, with unsolicited messages sent to addresses that had originally been 'scraped' from the web, or from WHOIS data. It's possible that Beanstalk purchased a mailing list or services from a third-party who passed off these abusively-acquired addresses as 'opt-in'. The owner of Beanstalk has said "... we made some mistakes ...", and claims to have learned from their errors and changed their practices. As I have not seen any new unsolicited emails promoting Beanstalk since November 2012, it appears that they may indeed have abandoned the use of unsolicited email. I have therefore removed the 'Spam' flag and "Do Not Trust" rating from this comment.

The domain beanstalkmarketing.co.uk, registered through WEBFUSION LTD T/A 123-REG [TAG = 123-REG] is listed on at least two SPAM blacklists as of today. This does not necessarily indicate that they are guilty of sending SPAM, merely that the server that their IP address is associated to was confirmed by at least 2 sources to be a gateway for SPAM. This leads us to recommend caution on this server as it is possible that if it is compromised for SPAM, other data could be compromised.
