Is besttickets.com Safe?

It seems like all these negative comments are about issues unrelated to the site being authentic and trustworthy? Maybe I am missing something? I personally know most of the staff at Best Tickets, and consider myself a good customer. I can assure you that these allegations are false, and unwarranted. It's very obvious by looking at the below links they are a legitimate business. You can even Google map their stores. I think it would be hard to "fake" an Better Business Burro A+ rating (SINCE 1996): ***** a 9+ Star (out of 10) ResellerRating: ***** AND 25 year member of the national association of ticket brokers. To say that they are scammers is a horrible accusation for a company that does A LOT for the community here in Texas. It shows that you simply don't know what you are talking about.

I've used Best Tickets for over 10 years while living in Texas. They have three store fronts, and are a legitimate business. Coming from a REAL customer, I can say that they can be trusted, and offer a great value over other ticket brokers. You may not like the industry, but last time I checked a ticket marketplace or brokerage isn't illegal. I will continue to be loyal to Best Tickets, because they have always been 100% honest and upfront with me. I would be more than happy to provide any additional documentation to back up my claims. Keep up the good work.

I have dealt with Best Tickets on a few occasions and they have always been able to cover my needs. Even after a show I purchased was canceled (Madonna in Dallas), they called me before I had even heard the show was canceled. My last transaction really set them apart in my book, I am a unique individual in size, 6'7 400 lbs so many arena seats don't work for me. Best Tickets were able to accommodate my demands and get me the exact seats I need/want.
